Hello Ryan,..I’m a bit late discovering your art and I really like the warmth it gives off especially in this world of crisp cold vector art! I would love to know what program you use to achieve such a warm and organic look to your work or….. do you do this with brush and pen and scan it in?
What really be cool is a vid clip of your process for designing a toon. Yes,..I’m geeky this way as I love to see the process.
the toilet is pink beacsue i wanted the backgrounds to be blue.. so to make sure the toilet stands out, i need to be the opposite color of blue.. which is pink! ( or red)

Heh great comic i like how the pins are all wavy and not straight like regular pins it makes it more cartoony and binx seems to like his new shoes ( but wait don’t you have to turn in shoes to get those shoes hmm i don’t think binx wears shoes but does it matter no)

That background above the bowling pins would be great for a real bowling alley. Ours has no attitude, just a simple abstract design.

Been away on camp the past week and it was tiring and I missed kimbly and friends. I loved coming back to a few great strips last week!

My tirck is i draw it all with colored pencil and water color it.. then fix it up a little bit in photo s hop. So it is organic! : )

Thanks Ryan,…Hmmm,..so the watercolors don’t make the pencil lines and fills run? I’m guessing Prismacolor pencils….watercolor paper?
