June update –what’s going on
June 22nd, 2009Hey all you Kimbly fans, as you can tell I’ve been Crazy busy! I just don’t have much time for kimbly these days. Publishers are reviewing the graphic novel. I was talking to people about a TV show, but that has since fallen apart! 
I am working on a book, but it is not a kimbly book and I’m not allowed to tell you what it is yet, but hopefully very soon!
I know you all want more kimbly, believe me I want to do more kimbly, but I also have to pay bills and go with my creative interests.
I am going to continue to post “re-run” kimlby for a while. In fact for the next couple of week, I’m going to run “old” black and while kimbly comics for a change. I think this is some thing fun about the old back and white ones!
Hope everyone is doing well! I will give you updates as more stuff happens and as I’m allowed to tell you about it!

Hey Ryan! It’s Lauren (or Astral_crust from lj), and I’m waaay happy to see that you’re doing ok creatively and such. I can’t wait to see what you’ve been cooking up though.

Relatively new reader here - just wanted to say that the amount of creativity this comic displays is *amazing*. And certainly worth waiting for - I’m sure we’ll all still be here once life settles and you’ve had some rest.

As long as you’re doing *something* and don’t plan on abandoning the strip I’m willing to wait. (Sorry to hear that the TV show didn’t work out. Kimbly would’ve been *PERFECT* to watch on a weekend night!)
