the Kimlby graphic novel is going along well, a little slow, but moving. I’m crazy busy with alot of stuff right now. So i’ll get comics up when i can.

Sorry for the serious lack of comics this week. The funny part is that I’ve been drawing Kimbly and crew all week! Making all these characters come to life, for my graphic novel is taking some serious work. But I’m REALLY happy with how it’s coming out; it’s cute & funny!

Between that, freelance work, and getting ready for MOCCA I’ve go time!

But if you are in NYC area, I hope you come out to MOCCA it’s a great show! I’ve got new shirts, all 3 books and all my prints! Or if you just want to say hi, come on by!

Originally I had a friend who was going to dress up like kimblys, but she’s cancelled! : (

If YOU want to dress up like Kimbly and are size “small” email me, I have a costume, and I’ll get you into MOCCA! ☺

So as you may or may not notice, today’s comic is done in a different style. Over the next bunch of weeks I’m going to be experimenting with different styles. I just don’t have as much time for Kimbly as I used to, and I need something quicker than the watercolors.

I might be able to come back to watercolors, but I have a few projects (like the kimbly graphic novel) that need more attention. So you’ll see some different stuff up here, as I try to find a faster way to do these comics.

Also MOCCA is this coming weekend!!! Is anyone coming?

Hey everyone, sorry about not updating, over the weekend I got sick! In fact I’m still sick, it’s all in my chest, and I’m dizzy! I have been to the doc and have meds, so I should be on the mend, but I wont have any new kimblys comics this week. : (

Oh and the MOCCA comic festival is in a few weeks, I’ve got a big table!

I’m busy, I’ve started work on a Kimbly graphic novel pitch. it’s pretty funny so far. I’ve got about 70 thumbnailed out. I need to get to 150!! But it’s fun!
